Royal Security ServiceRoyal Security Service provides exceptional and dedicated security personnel to protect its valued clients. The majority of our officers have prior military or law enforcement experience and have successfully completed a rigorous training program. In addition, Royal Security Service can employ current law enforcement officers and executive protection experts for sensitive situations that require a strong, yet low-key, presence.
Royal Security Service recruits new officers primarily through training academies and existing officer referrals. Every candidate completes a detailed application that is used for a thorough background check and an in-depth interview process. Before being hired, candidates are given a thorough pre-placement drug test. Once hired, new officers will receive field training in tactics, legal issues and procedures. In addition, Royal Security Service expects its employees to maintain solid public relations skills, strong ethics, teamwork and customer service. All of these steps guarantee that a quality officer is hired for your protection. To maintain high morale and reduce turnover, Royal Security Service provides its officers with competitive compensation and benefits, which include medical insurance, performance bonuses and paid vacations. Our officers are able to deter crime by maintaining the highest uniform standards in the industry; Royal Security Service’s dress code mimics that of the LAPD, and officers are expected to sustain military-styled grooming.
